On the left is the very definition of fresh selection straight off the shelf this morning, MATE! @fff_tripletimesf new EP: Dystopian Dreamstates, which drops tomorrow at the Run Out. It’s rammed with proper breakbeat and bass business, alongside an avant-garde piece on B2, that I don’t even know to call… It reminds me of that ‘Bleep’ stuff you find on early Hardcore records from 1990, but with modern production techniques that bring it to life in a whole different fashion. It’s wicked, definitely a piece you need for the shelf! 😎

On the right is BSBR023, Justice’s Swimming on a Bicycle EP. Lots of atmospheric breakbeat builders, the sort of stuff that’ll put you on that yellow brick road - it’s a journey man. But if you like it heavier, don’t worry, the title track sitting on A2 hits all the right spots if you like your drums like I do: prominent, crispy and ROLLING!
