It was important to create a No Buy in 2022 as part of my recovery from Hoarding Disorder. I have to be mindful of what I’m bringing into the House as we DeClutter our home. I always want to address my behaviors from both Hoarding Disorder and ADHD if we are going to make these necessary changes. Saving Money and Building a nest egg for our family also helps ease my anxiety too. I feel more comforted that I can supply my family’s needs as they arise. And of course, a little dose of minimalism can go a long way…of course minimalism is a state of mind, I feel we are well on our journey!!
