As always, we will journey together connected by the sound of my voice as we uncover the secrets to your inner world of calm. In this place, you will be able to rest and relax safely while being gently soothed to sleep.

Each of my sessions are designed using the principles of incredibly powerful hypnosis, along with the soothing & gentle sound of my Scottish voice. I am a trained Hypnotherapist (and Psychotherapist) and understand the secret art and science of relaxation. Each day I use the power of my voice to help clients from all over the world to alleviate anxiety, stress, and panic - QUICKLY.
