Orange glazed chicken:

Ingredients:
Chicken -250gm
Egg-1
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Maida-2 tsp
Cornflour-2 tsp
Vinegar- 2 tsp
Soya sauce- 1tsp
Sugar- ¼ tsp
Salt- as per taste
Orange juice- 2 nos

Easy Orange Chicken Recipe | How to Make Orange Chicken|The Original Orange Chicken by Panda Express

Procedure:
Firstly start with marination
Take a mixing bowl add 1 egg then 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 2tsp Maida, 1tsp corn flour,
2 tsp vinegar ,salt as per taste. Then add chicken mix thoroughly. Coat the chicken
pieces well. Keep it aside for half n hour

Take a pan add oil. When the oil is hot, drop the marinated chicken pieces fry until
golden brown. Keep it aside.
Preparation of sauce.
In a Pan add 1 tsp butter then 1tsp finely chopped garlic ,1 tsp finely chopped ginger-
sauté it until it turns golden brown then add orange juice , corn flour- 1tsp and cook well
then add 1 tsp soya sauce stir it finally add ¼ tsp sugar give a quick mix. Add fried
chicken give a good mix. Orange glazed chicken ready to serve.
