Do you think you have what it takes to join the Rockford Police Department? Tonight, we’re hanging out with investigator and recruiter Katy Statler at Oak Strength to check out how we can prepare for the Rockford Police Department POWER Test. The test includes things like the sit and reach, 1 minute sit up, bench press, and 1.5-mile run. Officer Fallon Watton and Officer Ryan Terranova are working through the test and sharing some tips on how to prepare. Applications open on September 30 and Katy expresses the importance of filling out the application correctly.
