Dededo offers single family homes, townhouses, and condominiums as options for folks wanting to live here.

If you’re military, this would be an ideal location for you as it is about 15 minutes to Anderson Airforce Base in Yigo & 5 minutes to Naval Computer & Telecommunication Station, NCTAMs located in the village,

This is is also the location where the Marine Base is being built.

Popular neighborhoods include, but are not limited to, Paradise Estates, Summer Palace, Las Palmas Townhouses, Villa Rosario Condominiums, Liguan Terrace, Ypaopao Estates and many others. Some of these communities have common area amenities like swimming pools and playgrounds that residents enjoy.

Some of these neighborhoods are also gated communities like Paradise Estates and Summer Palace with secured entry for residents and approved guests.

These gated communities are popular with military members and families and other relocating folks (businessmen & professionals) who are not from Guam and who appreciate the added security and privacy.

Covered garages are not common place on Guam but they are very much desired by folks relocating to Guam from the mainland. One neighborhood in particular, Paradise Estates, is popular with its very much coveted 2-car covered garage in every home.

Dededo is the most populous village on Guam. It’s pretty busy and is a major commercial and residential spot on the island. You can stay in the village and get almost everything you need here so that’s why living in Dededo is very convenient and comfortable. With shopping and entertainment at Micronesia Mall, the weekend early Flea Markets , the spectacular views off Two Lover’s Point the beautiful unspoiled beach of Ritidian Point , and everything in between like many restaurants, grocery & convenience stores, there’s really lots to do in this village.
