1982 XJ750 Trike EP4 - Head re-assemble - RGMgarage

Описание: Hello everyone and welcome to another episode on the xj750 engine rebuild.

In these video I show you how to remove the valves from the head and how to tap valves as well as replacing the valve stem seals.
The engine is part of a custom reliant trike and belongs to a very good friend of mine whom, very kindly allow me to learn a bit more about these classic engine.
These is part 3 of 3 videos where clean the old head gasket from the top of the cylinder block and re-assemble the all engine back together. Along the way I found a few very wrong things done to these engine and was really surprised it even run.
Fault - Smoke from exhaust when up to running temperature
Diagnose - Worn valve stem seals
