Sometimes we get caught in our fast-paced lifestyle, dazzled by consumerism. And we forget about all those small things that we can be thankful for in our life. Lists of things to be thankful for help remind us just how many good things we have in our lives. This is especially important during times where it feels like many things are going wrong. It’s easier to focus on what we don’t have, rather than what we do have. It’s important to take time out and remember all of the things to be thankful for that many of us take for granted.
This video gives me the opportunity to show my gratitude for those things I sometimes take for granted. Gratitude or thankfulness isn’t just the feeling I get after something good happens to me. It’s a way of thinking that takes practice and hard work to make part of my everyday behavior. It’s often easy to forget many of the little things we have to be grateful for in our lives, but it’s important not to take anything for granted. There’s an infinite amount of things in which someone can find gratitude and be thankful, but this list was made with the intention to give you the inspiration to find them for yourself. Thanksgiving 2021 is an opportunity to reflect on what we all can be thankful for in life and show our gratitude. I wish everyone, celebrating upcoming Thanksgiving, a wonderful, grateful, and joyful feast day.
