Step 1 : Add 50 gram each tuar, masoor and mash ki Daal in pressure cooker( total 150 gram) , add water , and make the paste
Step 2 : Add 3 kg mutton in pressure cooker with 120 gram green chilli, 2 handfull Mota namak , add water. Tender the meat ( gosht ko ache se galalo) , them mash the meat with ghotni
Step 3 : Add water, 9 table spoon adrak laison paste, 100 gram basmati rice, kothmir. Stir well until the raw smell gone off
Step 4 : Add 750 gram high quality haleem rava, 60 gram khada masala ( zeera, shazeera, kawabchini, kali mirchi, rose pettels, dalchini pathar ka phool, elaichi, pathar ka phool, sont), Add 5 table spoon dhaniya powder, 3 Table spoon garam masala powder, stir well
Step 5 : let it cook in slow flame for 10 to 15 mints ( Dum)
Step 6 : Open the dum, stir well, add some oil and Daal paste and start the ghota.
Step 7 : Add ghee 50 gram and give the ghota until it become resha resha, again add 50 gram ghee still well... your mouth watering haleem to ready to serve
