Here is a guitar lesson for Eric Clapton's iconic solo in Sunshine of Your Love, which I've divided into twelve phrases.

In the lesson, I first do a demo with just a rhythm guitar for backing (keeping it simple, for clarity). Then I do the breakdown, taking each phrase in turn.

I first play the phrase at concert speed, then you'll see it played slowly four times, then once again up to speed.
