You’ll need to start by unlocking access to the Blacksmith in Bree…
Once he’s back in the shop you’ll need to acquire the schematic for the Mithril Flail. This is located in the level “Over Hill and Under Hill” via Free Play.
Return to the shop an build the Mithril Flail. Now journey to Hobbiton. Make sure it’s daytime!! Find the quest called "A Flail of a Time" in northern Hobbiton and turn in the Flail to receive the Studs x2 multiplier Red Brick.
It’ll require 500,000 studs to purchase the Red Brick. The Forge Requirements for the Mithril Flail are: 6 Mithril Bricks, 5 Emerald, 5 Sapphire, 20 Rope.
