In continuation of our Sri Lanka travel series, this video covers Day 3 of our beautiful journey. We start our morning in Kandy, waking up to stunning hill views and misty clouds from our hotel balcony — truly one of those peaceful travel moments.

Our day begins with a visit to the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the most important Buddhist temples in the world. The atmosphere here is calm, divine, and full of positive vibes.

From Kandy, we continue our scenic mountain drive towards Nuwara Eliya, stopping at a wooden craft shop for local souvenirs and then visiting a tea factory, where we learned the entire tea-making process and tasted fresh Ceylon tea.

On the way, we also visit the beautiful Hanuman Temple, surrounded by nature and linked to the Ramayana. The drive itself is incredibly scenic, with cool weather, greenery, and small waterfalls along the route.

By evening, we reach Nuwara Eliya, welcomed by misty weather and lush green surroundings. We check into our resort, enjoy a cozy dinner, and end a perfect Day 3 in Sri Lanka.

Tea Factory → Hanuman Temple: ~45 mins
