How the Tide Transformed This Seascape | Copper Coast, Ireland, Seascape Photography

Описание: In this week's photo adventure, I take you behind the scenes at Benvoy Beach on the Copper Coast in Waterford, Ireland. This location may not look like much at low tide, but once the tide turns—everything changes.

I timed this shoot to capture a specific wave as it crashed over a 1m-high rock, framed perfectly between two striking sea stacks. Using a 0.5-second shutter speed and waiting for a brief moment of sunlight, I managed to capture the shot I'd envisioned. In this video, I’ll show you how the tide completely transforms the scene and why understanding tidal movement is essential for seascape photography.
