In this video, Liz and Sarah interview Konrad Mathesius, a UC Agronomy Advisor for Yolo, Solano and Sacramento counties. He is currently researching the application of biosolids as a soil amendment in winter small grains production in California. Biosolids are a new and relatively unexplored topic of soil health so tune in to learn more about how human waste could potentially be used in agricultural.
