Welcome to kitchen 27, today I will share my soup recipe. I got this from my friend’s garden. I never cooked this before, when I got them, I used them for soup, it was delicious and tasty. It only takes a few mins to cook. Long Squash or Opo Squash has low calories, the flavor is mild and a little big sweet. Hope you like today’s recipe.
Ingredients:
Long squash (young): 300g
Onion: 20g
Red grape tomato: 80g
Egg: 2 (60g/g)
Vegetable oil: 2 tbs
Salt for taste
Steps:
1. Chop the onion into fine pieces.
2. Cut the squash into 4 pieces, remove the seeds, and slice into thin pieces.
3. Cut one grape tomato into 2 pieces
4. Crack the egg into a bowl, beat them very well
5. Add oil in a saucepan, wait for oil to get heat, pour egg into, wait egg get set, add 3 cups water.
6. Bring soup into boiling, add vegetables in, cook for 3-5mins, add salt for taste
7. Serve in a bowl
8. Enjoy with bread, rice or other you preferred main course.
