In this video amazing shoulder workout I would be showing some great exercises which are specifically targeting shoulder/ deltoid muscles. I’ve shared some of my personal favorite exercises that you can include in your shoulder workout.
Make sure to always start with warm up as I always mention. This reduces the chances of causing injury during the workout/ heavy lifting
Standing side lateral raises dumbbell (4set rep maximum )
Standing cable single arms side lateral 4set + rep mxm
Shoulder press machine 6set nonstop 12/12 rep
Cable frant lateral raises 4set mxm rep
Reverse pec dec fly + frant lateral raises 4set 12-12 rep
