in this video advocate yogesh aggarwal discussing about the latest judgement passed by Delhi High Court in which husband challenges the order passed by district court against him and directing him to pay Rs. 10000 per month to his wife as interim maintenance and also dismissed his application to withdraw the summoning order against him. previously husband filed appeal against above said order in session court but session court dismissed his appeal and thereafter he approaches to the Hight Court and in this matter Delhi High Court passes a detailed order in which meaning or domestic relationship discussed and thereafter passes a order that if at the time of trail it will proved by the husband that they were not live in marriage relation then wife has to return all the maintenance to him with interest and trial should be completed within one year.
