The Department of Civil Engineering (NBA Accredited) of Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur has successfully organized a Site Visit at “Vishwabharti Residency (G+16 Multi-Story Residential Building), Omkar Nagar, Nagpur” for B.Tech 6th and 8th Semester Civil Engineering students.

The site engineers and supervisors explained the construction methodology, RCC execution practices, and safety measures adopted at the site. Students were guided through various stages of construction and interacted with professionals to understand real-time challenges in high-rise projects.

✨ The Site Visit focused on the following key points:

RCC construction practices in multi-story buildings

Structural components such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and staircases

Reinforcement detailing, formwork systems, and concreting methods

Construction sequencing, quality control, and safety practices

Correlation of theoretical concepts with on-site execution
