sex before marriage is an act, which must be subject to the vows of a girls father. sex before marriage is primarily not a church issue but rather a family issue, that is: what is the father of the lady saying. In Hebrew culture, it is the father of a lady that permits or prohibits a lady from having sex. so if sex before marriage is evil if the father of a lady has prohibited her from having sex through vows, and it is no sin if the father of the lady has permitted her to have sex.
so sleeping with a lady outside of marriage is an act to be determined by the father of the lady.
