We shipped v1.2 and pushed several key improvements:
• Street-Language → Legal Lexicon translation (plain English → legal terms)
• Quick Queries for faster, cleaner results
• Overall accuracy at ~80% (acceptable for an MVP, not for legal-grade work)
We also hit a serious hallucination—unacceptable in criminal defense. That forced a hard decision: we hired a senior Python/RAG engineer to drive accuracy to legal-grade.
Mission-critical goals (Dec):
Zero hallucinations
High-quality, on-point citations
Aggressive noise filtering (e.g., TOCs, irrelevant fragments)
Rethink ingestion & chunking for legal documents (precision over recall)
