Coruta sees this action as a call to arms and has his Dracoknights attack.

Leaf is warped to Sety and they have a manly talk, resulting in Sety joining!
Silesia's prince is 7 levels better since last we saw him, though Holsety now has finite uses. Regardless of that minor detail, Sety's bases are stellar, his weapon ranks terrific, and his growths extremely high. He's a lot more combat based than Cyas is, though he can still be a reliable staff user. Even without Holsety, Sety can still do pretty much anything you want a magic user to do. If you get Sety to join, Cyas will leave your party after the chapter, so disarm Cyas before that if you do.

Once Leaf gets a hold of Manster, August tells Leaf about Reidric and his Lopt Sword and how it will make him a formidable foe, but Leaf has the Blagi Sword, whic will make mincemeat out of him. If you did not have Cyas to to Leaf to get the Blagi Sword, Cyas will give it to Leaf here, and either depart or join Leaf if Sety didn't. This ends Chapter 23.
