Let's make the Pimm's Cup Cocktail. A classic that dates all the way back to the 1830's when it was created by James Pimm the owner of the London Oyster Bar. It was originally created as health tonic.

Today it is the drink of choice of the popular Wimbledon tennis tournament. The drink is low ABV, which makes it a great refreshing all day cocktail. The ingredients are simple, but the addition of fresh fruits and vegetables allows to customize your own Pimm's Cup.

RECIPE: Pimm's Cup

2oz | 60ml Pimm's #1
4oz | 120ml Lemon Soda
Common Fruits and Vegetables to add:
Lemon, Lime, Strawberry, apple, mint, cucumber, seasonal berries.


Prepare by thinly slicing fruit
Add ice and Fruit to glass
Add Pimm's #1
Add Lemon Soda Water
Garnish with choice of fruit.
