Bombil bhujana is a traditional Pathare Prabhu dish. It is a very simple and tasty dish. Unlike our other bhujana recipes, we do not use onions or crush onions & coriander leaves to give the bhujana a body. So, it makes this simple recipe a little difficult to handle. Use very little water to get this dish right. Even be careful with the salt quantity.
Ingredients
4 nos Bombil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
12 nos. garlic cloves
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 green chilli
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
