Did chlorine strip all the care products from your wig? This video shows Bella Crown clients how to recondition their curly wigs!
Note: This technique is only for high-quality human hair wigs. It may not work on wigs with synthetic fibers or weak human hair fibers.
Products Used: These products are not sponsored. They are what I know works best as a wig specialist. If your local beauty supply store doesn’t have them, you can ask them to stock these products.
Water Mixture:
You can use regular water, but I use a 50/50 mix of water and Lavender Hydrosol in my spray bottle. Hydrosol is a byproduct of essential oil, great for keeping hair smooth and retaining moisture. Rose Water, found at drug stores for about $10, is a good alternative.
By following my demonstration on video, you can restore and maintain your curly wigs after swimming in chlorinated pools.
