We explore each step from extraction, to processing, to transportation over sea, rail and road, including breakdowns on hundreds of millions of pounds worth of plant and machinery.
This is a journey Daniel has wanted to document since a child when he used to look at material on a construction site or between sleepers on train tracks and wondered how it got there. If you have ever wondered the same thing, this one is for you!
