We evaluate an interaction between Indiana News and the Fort Wayne Police Department from back in 2018. Indiana News was conducting a First Amendment audit by filming in public the day of a political rally being hosted by Indiana News. He was then detained by Officer Juan Barrientes for being "suspicious while filming in public."
