Serve:4-5 persons
Ingredients for chicken:
1 Whole chicken
1 & 1/2 cup Coconut milk
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Lemon zest
2 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Red chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp White pepper powder
Banana leaf as required
Ingredients for sambal sauce:
1 cup Onion (diced)
6-7 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
13-14 Red chilies whole
5-6 Green chilies whole
1 cup Tomatoes (diced)
2 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 & 1/2 tbsp Peanuts
Directions for chicken:
In a bowl mix garlic, coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon get-up-and-go, red chilies, coriander, salt, and cumin seeds.
place deep cuts on chicken, marinate the chicken in it and keep in cooler for two hours in any event.
Spot marinated chicken on banana leaf and shower remaining marination blend on it.
Envelop chicken by banana leaf, tie with string and steam for 60 minutes. Your chicken is prepared.

In a pan heat, olive oil includes onion, tomatoes, and garlic.
