The benefits of using a fiber laser include increased process speeds, accuracy and cut quality as well as decreased tooling costs, downtime, operating costs and gas usage. It is capable of cutting parts up to 120 inches in length x 60 inches in width up to 1 in. thick. Materials include stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, steel and all metals. The fiber laser is ideal for complex components, parts and assemblies such carts, enclosures, cabinets, chassis, dairy, food and brewing equipment, appliances, medical devices and heat transfer equipment.
