There is the occasional background noise..I kept in what I thought was soothing 💤..the water faucet, a distant vroom of an engine, soft steps on an old wood floor.

I recorded on my phone with an adaptor. This is soo. muuch. eeasier. Just your regular camera app that comes with the phone. Then I did a very simple edit in the iMovie app. In case this is helpful for a fellow newbs.
