Get a back seat view of the action during an EASA ME(H) IR training sortie with our chief pilot, routing from Elstree (EGTR) to Southend (EGMC) in the South-East of the UK.
The departure was made in VMC, before entering IMC in the clouds and flying IFR to Southend. After holding at Southend, procedures were then followed for an ILS to Runway 23 before returning to Elstree.
The clips have been significantly shortened and edited, so this video is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for training.
