The goal at MiniBrew has always been to create conical fermenters and all-grain brewing equipment that will brew commercial, or micro-brewery quality beer, with none of the hassle of commercial brewing.

Our 60 degree cone and cylinder is ideal for fermentation and creating the best environment for convection currents and yeast to thrive. That same cone and angle cut fermentation times by increasing the utilization of the fermentable in the tank.

Transfer the wort into the fermenter, pitch the yeast and then let the fermenter do all the hard work.

Our tanks were designed specifically for home brewing applications, with each feature carefully chosen to make brewing easier, more fun and in less time!
