Tears For Fears' classic "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" is featured on the soundtrack of pretty much any movie set in the 1980s (and even makes an appearance in The Hunger Games courtesy of a Lorde cover.) And for good reason: the synth-centric tune received extreme attention and accolades in vital outlets like MTV and Billboard when it hit the airwaves.
