Smugglers' Notch - Rumrunner (Sterling, Top to Bottom)

Описание: Rumrunner is a ski run located at Smugglers' Notch, which runs Top to Bottom on Sterling Mountain, one of the resort's three mountains. It starts off to the right when unloading the Sterling Summit Lift. It then wraps around, and crosses until the chairlift. It then continues through the valley between Sterling Mountain and Madonna Mountain (the largest of the three peaks at the resort) until it reaches the upper mountain base area and the bottom of the Sterling Summit Lift.

Smugglers' Notch is a ski area located in Cambridge, Vermont. Often called simply "Smuggs", the ski area is known for both its family-friendly vibe, and extreme terrain. The ski area is broken up into three mountains, each providing a different experience. Morse, which is the peak located near the Village is the ski area's main beginner mountain but also has some intermediate and advanced terrain. At Morse, you can also find many ski-in ski-out condos and most of the ski area's amenities. Further up the notch, connected by a road and a ski trail, are the resort's two bigger mountains, Madonna and Sterling, which share a base area, with a small, rustic lodge. Sterling is the ski area's "intermediate" mountain, it is taller than Morse, but shorter than Madonna, and is made up of mostly intermediate trails, but is home to some advanced trails as well. Madonna, being the ski resort's highest peak is its most advanced peak. Off the top of Madonna Mountain, skiers and riders can find the hardest terrain at the ski resort, including Black Hole, New England's only triple black diamond trail. Madonna is also home to plenty of intermediate trails, especially on the lower half of the mountain.
