MADISONVILLE, Texas (KBTX) -Eight years after the remains of a young girl were found in a suitcase along Interstate 45, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and FBI are pleading for the public’s help to solve the mystery of “Baby Madison.”
At a press conference Tuesday, investigators made an emotional appeal for information, urging the community to examine a new facial reconstruction of the girl and come forward with any tips, no matter how small. FBI Special Agent Charlie Wilkes reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to the case.
“Although many years have passed, I can assure you that we at the FBI have not forgotten about Baby Madison,” Wilkes said. “And neither have our partners at Madison County Sheriff’s Office or the Texas Rangers. We need the public’s help. We need your help to find answers for Baby Madison.”
