This is a great exercise for upper back mobility. Because it is done on all fours the spine is loaded differently by gravity. This can help some people greatly, conversely it might not help others, so the only way to find out is for you to give this a go.
Start on all fours. Lift up your right hand and take it to the left, between your left hand and knee. How far you go is up to you. It is possible to take your right shoulder onto the ground and stay there for a static stretch, or you can do it with movement.
Repeat about 5-10 times both sides the first time you do it as part of your thoracic warm up drill.
