To make the recipes in this episode you could use:

Chocolate 'Shake It Up' spread:
-100ml double cream (or plant-based alternative)
50g cocoa powder
50g Icing Sugar
A jar with a sealed lid.

Mugs
Fork
Microwave
Measuring Spoons

The Basic Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe (for the experiment you might want to repeat this recipe 4/5 times)
4 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 small egg (the recipe still works without egg, it's more crumbly but we think it's tastier!)
