Full Irish Breakfast for St Patricks Day

Описание: A full Irish breakfast is an essential for St Patricks Day. In this video, not only am I going to show you how to make a full Irish Breakfast but also a traditional Irish Soda Bread and Irish Potato Bread. This Breakfast is traditionally cooked all in one pan, but I always find it easier to cook some items in the oven. Keeping the cooking fats from the meats to fry off your potato bread adds so much extra flavour. Its exactly what you need before a day of festivities.

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 pork sausages
• 4 bacon slices
• 2 bunches of cherry tomatoes
• 1 black pudding
• 4 eggs
• 8 Mushrooms

POTATO BREAD:
• 500g cold mashed potato
• 500g plain flour
• 100g of melted butter
• Salt

SODA BREAD:
• 250g plain flour
• 150g wholemeal flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 250ml butter milk
• 50g melted butter
