Looking For The Best Blueberry Jam Recipe Out There... We've Got You Covered Again Here At Rise Wine & Dine.
Ingredients You Need
4 Lbs Blueberries (Stems Removed & Rinsed)
1 Lemon (Zest & Juice)
2 Cups White Sugar
Place the rinsed Blueberries into an Oversized pot on medium heat on your largest burner. Let the Blueberries break down for about 10 minutes, while stirring. Now add in the Lemon Zest & Juice. Also add in the White Sugar. Continue stirring every so often to ensure Jam does not burn. Once the Blueberry Jam has thickened over sometime now pour into Jars. Work a little fast to ensure that the Jam being put into the Jars is still hot. Trying to have sealed Jars in the end without using HOT Jam will Not Work, therefore ensure again that your Jam is Hot while bottling.
Leave the sealed Jars of Jam on the counter for the next 24 Hours
to ensure that they seal properly. You will hear them pop as the time goes by. :)
These Bottles of Jam can be stored in a dark cool Pantry for up to one year, in my opinion.
