How to Register a Kayak with a Trolling Motor in South Carolina

1. In-Person Registration
Visit the SCDNR Columbia Boat Titling & Licensing Office for immediate completion:

2. Mail-In Registration
First, retrieve an application from your local SCDNR Express Licensing Office:
