Dr. Tosin Odunsi is an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician. Dr. Odunsi is a Mindset Coach and Motivational Speaker. She shows women how to reframe and clarify their thinking so that they can optimize their goals and visions. Her background of navigating the long and rigorous path to becoming a physician, experience as a young widow, and a passion to see women win has motivated her to be transparent about her journey and encourage people to live an intentional life now!

Dr. Odunsi is also deeply committed to the promotion of diversity in medicine. She is the founder of The Mentorship Squad (TMS), a network of Black and Latinx women physician mentors helping Black and Latinx women achieve their goal of becoming U.S. physicians.

Dr. Odunsi received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and completed her Masters in Public Health at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and completed her residency training at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut.
