Ingredients:
Flour: 6 cups
Sugar: 3 cups
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon: 2 tablespoons
Eggs: 7
Vegetable oil or melted butter: 1.5 cups
Milk: 1 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Chopped walnuts: As desired
Raisins: As desired
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) and grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
