He talks about the online sources and databases which are useful in the genealogy research in the area of former Prussian partition of Poland.
As you already might know each region has its own databases that focus on the specific area and this also applies to the former Prussian Partition.
In this presentation we discuss the following databases:
Poznan Project
BaSIA – Database of Archival Indexing System
PTG – Pomeranian Genealogical Association
Western Pomerania – index search engine
As always you will see different searching features, the area covered by each database, pros and cons of each website and step by step guide how to find the records of your parish of interest.
