Peugeot 406 Rear Calliper Rebuild

Описание: Fully rebuilding a rear brake calliper on a Peugeot 406.
The Saloon, Estate and Coupe use the same parts, the 607 is similar.

It might not actually save a huge amount of money over buying a rebuilt calliper but with lockdown here at the moment taking the longer way to fix something is one way of passing the time.


I tried this kit initially from ebay:

I would strongly recommend not buying that kit as it is not complete, it was missing the dust cover caps that are shown in the video. Without them the dust cover eventually will let in contaminants which will cause the slide pin to seize again.
