Proposes to set up Third Generation Water Park under the name & style of “RIM JHIM WATER PARK, RESTAURANTAND MARRIAGE GARDEN” Located on Delhi-Kolkata National Highway, 3 Km from Sasaram, Land is situated approx. 152 Km. from Patna, 190 Km. from Varanasi, 130 Km. from Gaya and 25 Km from Dalmianagar. There is no water park in the 100kms of radial distance. Most of the international and Domestic Tourists travelling to and fro don’t have any spot to entertain and relax during a long drive on NH2. Thus the company proposes to construct a water park at Sasaram which is almost centrally located on road while driving both ways form Patna to Varanasi.
