Robert was living in the United Kingdom during the onset of the HIV epidemic in the 1980s. He was diagnosed HIV positive in 2003. In 2021, he became a volunteer at Living Positive Victoria, including telling his story of living as an HIV Positive person through the Speaker’s Bureau.
