दूसरे cancers की ही तरह ovarian cancer के भी 4 stages होते हैं जिसे stage 1 से stage 4 तक अलग किया गया है।
Stage 1 बहुत early stage होता है और stage 4 advanced stage cancer होता है।

Stage 1 का मतलब कैंसर अभी बहुत छोटा है और एक या दो ओवरी तक ही पहुंचा है और पेट में हल्का पानी है और कैंसर फैला हुआ नही है।
Stage 1 ovarian cancer में आम तौर पर पहले सर्जरी कर के उसका इलाज किया जाता है।

अगर ovarian cancer ovary के अलावा आस पास के organs में भी फेल जाता है तब उसे stage 2 ovarian cancer कहते हैं।
Stage 2 ovarian Cancer में भी पहले सर्जरी की जाती है और कैंसर से प्रभावित organs निकाले जाते हैं और जांच की जाती है
Stage 2 cancer में सर्जरी के बाद chemotherapy भी दी जाती है।

जब ovarian Cancer पेट के हिस्सों और lymph nodes में spread होना शुरू होता है तब ऐसी स्टेज को स्टेज 3 ovarian cancer कहते हैं।
Stage 3 में अगर मरीज fit है तो पहले सर्जरी की जाती है और फिर chemotherapy दी जाती है।

4:20 क्या stage 4 ovarian Cancer का इलाज possible है?
अगर आप की छाती में पानी भर गया है, lungs, liver या nodes में कोई समस्या है तो इसका मतलब आप को ovarian Cancer हो सकता है।
