Kairi is a character that has been a very important piece to the Kingdom Hearts series in its story, as a princess of heart, a childhood friend of our protagonist, Sora, and the successor keyblade wielder to Aqua. In my opinion, she hasn’t had the expected impact and development that is needed, and I know there are many people that share the same view. However, judging from the setup that was found in the ending of Dream Drop Distance, the recent trailer and promotional material outside of all of this, I hope that we can finally get the deserved spotlight on her for once.
