🍬 Dates Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe:
📝 Ingredients:
• Seedless Dates (Khajoor) – 1 cup (soft variety)
• Almonds (Badam) – ¼ cup
• Cashews (Kaju) – ¼ cup
• watermelon seeds – 2 tbsp
• Walnuts (Akhrot) – 2 tbsp (optional)
• Raisins (Kishmish) – 2 tbsp
• khaskhas – 2 tbsp (optional)
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
. Muskmelon seeds 2 tbsp

🍳 Method:
1. Dry roast almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts (if using) for 2–3 minutes. Cool & coarsely chop or pulse in mixer.
2. Chop the dates finely or grind roughly in a mixer to form a sticky paste.
3. In a pan, heat 1 tsp ghee, add the dates paste & stir for 2–3 mins.
4. Add all chopped dry fruits, raisins, and coconut. Mix well till everything combines.
5. Add cardamom powder and turn off the heat.
6. Let it cool a bit, then grease hands and roll into laddus.
➡️ Store in airtight container. Stays fresh for up to 10–12 days.
