This is a full-length grounding Reiki energy healing session focused on releasing negative or heavy energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance.
This live is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling overstimulated, emotionally drained, anxious, or stuck in survival mode.
In this session, I worked with tourmaline, blue onyx, black sardonyx, green aventurine, and a chakra wand to support grounding, protection, emotional release, and energetic clearing.
