This unique and amazing eco pods made from shipping containers were built by Innovative Modular Concepts for Buff and Fellow Eco Cabins in George, Western Cape, South Africa. Each of this charming cabin is built using 2 forty foot shipping containers and joined side by side creating 640 square feet of a bespoke luxury living. The steel wall of the front facing container is cut out to create a big covered deck on the front façade of each cabin. Curved steel sections are welded on the docking ends of the shipping containers to create nicely curved container pods. The cabin is cladded with hardwood timber siding on the rounded edges and portions of the outdoor shower. The Main entrance door from the rear of the cabin opens into an open plan living space on one end of the cabin with a comfortable lounge space, a dining area and kitchenette.
